Surgeons will send them to a weight loss doctor to have a trial of medicines. And a lot of that is not so much because they’re concerned about your weight loss. They have to do it because of a prior authorization for an insurance company. The insurance company has to know that, yes, we’ve tried losing weight loss medicines. And I think as a result, they’re going to send you to a vending machine because they want to make sure you fail.
So you have to go back to the surgeon to get your weight loss surgery. Yeah. And you can sit and say, yep, I tried the pills and they didn’t work. Okay. You tried the pills. Did you try changing your lifestyle? Did you try changing your habits? Did you actually gain any knowledge on how to help yourself? The answer is no, you did not.
